Terms & Conditions

The Per Lui gift card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.

The minimum amount required to activate the Per Lui gift card is £10. The maximum amount that may be on a card is £1000. Cards may be purchased between those amounts in £5. increments.

When you use the Per Lui gift card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. Change will not be given. The balance may be applied to future purchases.

You may obtain information about the remaining balance on the card .

The Per Lui gift card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

The Per Lui gift card is like cash. Per Lui cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or for any unused amounts on those cards.

All refunds/exchanges of goods purchased with the Per Lui gift card will be made in accordance with Per Lui refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Per Lui will cancel the value of the gift card if we fail to receive payment from the purchaser’s bank or card company for the initial purchase of the card. Further action may be taken where the fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected.

Per Lui reserve the right to add to or amend these terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so for security, regulatory or other legal reasons. Reasonable notice will be given where possible.

Per Lui reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift card in payment or part payment of any item where it reasonably suspects that the card or any amount on it may have been stolen or obtained in another illegal way.
