RETURNS POLICY
A VALID RECEIPT MUST ACCOMPANY ALL RETURNED GOODS.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN WITH THE EXCEPTION OF GENUINE FAULTY GOODS. ALL GOODS ASSUMED FAULTY BY THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RETURNED TO THE MANUFACTURER FOR A ‘FAULT VALIDITY EXAMINATION’ BEFORE ANY FURTHER ACTION TAKES PLACE.
If assumed faulty goods are determined as genuinely faulty by the manufacturer, the customer will be fully refunded. If assumed faulty goods are determined as not genuinely faulty by the manufacturer, the goods will be returned to the customer as soon as possible.
Please allow up to 14 working days for a decision to be made.
THE MANUFACTURES DECISION IS FINAL.
EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE OR A GIFT CARD ISSUED ON UNWANTED CURRENT-SEASON GOODS. THESE GOODS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS IN AN UNUSED AND RESELLABLE CONDITION.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
